Several chicks went to their forever homes last week. In total, 11 of the eggs hatched and all the school kids can't wait to do it again next year.

From eggs to ‘peeps’—our 4th grade classroom is cracking with excitement! Students throughout the school can't wait to meet our newest friends. Stay tuned as we have several more eggs starting to move and pip.

One week to go and the chicks will start pipping (breaking out of their shell). The kids are getting excited and have enjoyed sharing what they have learned with the other grades.

Nothing like a game of Frolf (aka Frisbee Golf) on these beautiful days! The kids are excited for our newest recess option.

More dance party fun...

Family, friends, music, and popcorn = a memorable night at our Let's GLOW Dance.

What do you do when your 4th grade teacher has extensive FFA experience....you start a classroom hatchery! The eggs have been in the incubator for a week now, so the students had a "candling" session to check on the growth of their soon to be chicks. There are 14 days remaining before the pipping begins!
We are also in the works to start up an indoor garden. Stay tuned to follow all of the ag lessons happening in 4th grade!
